SPS worked with the Perkins Board of Education Planning Committee to research community opinions, hold public forums, develop Mission and Vision Statements and write an objective, common sense Strategic Plan. It isn’t a plan that is based on a template. It is a plan based on the thoughts and discussions of the 18 members of our committee. We asked them to facilitate implementation of the action items since they did such a nice job in the development phase.
