Ron coordinated the updating of the BGSU Alumni Association’s Mission and Vision Statements, as well as its Strategic Plan. The timeline was well-planned and through the Planning Committee and Board, developed a sensible approach to all three documents. These documents will be our guide for the next few years for our organization.

Ron worked with us to develop a Business Plan for the Drug Repository to stop financial losses. He helped me complete plans for a new pharmacy in Avon, OH and gained financial assistance from various resources to make it happen. Ron coordinates Buderer Drug Company’s hiring, marketing, and various other business responsibilities to help our company respond in a positive manner to the changing environment in which we live.

As Business Manager, Ron has not only been great to work with, but has delivered concrete results. We have increased sales 50% since hiring him, and the future looks even brighter with our newly developed Strategic Plan. Ron’s broad experience with many types of projects and organizations enables him to contribute meaningfully to every aspect of our business – Strategic Planning, Marketing, Advertising, HR, Finance, and Operations. Working with Ron at Strategic Planning Solutions has been one of our best business decisions to date.

Ron was great. He did his research and got our team process going in one session after we had stumbled around for a few months with a different group. He certainly had shared interest in what we were doing for the future of the schools and community.

Ron is a professional colleague and mentor. His experience in marketing, strategic planning, management, and personal relationship building are just a few reasons why he continues to be successful. His commitment to an outstanding work ethic, and ability to work with all types of people are truly admirable traits. As an undergraduate president of my fraternity eight years ago and still today, Ron is the Alumni Board President and helps guide a chapter of men through our successes and challenges. Even into my 30s, Ron is the type of mentor and friend who will give you great advice, provide a good laugh, or just be there to listen. There are no words to describe the difference Ron has made in his community of Sandusky, Ohio, the difference he has made for his Alma Mater Bowling Green State University and his fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon.

SPS worked with the Perkins Board of Education Planning Committee to research community opinions, hold public forums, develop Mission and Vision Statements and write an objective, common sense Strategic Plan. It isn’t a plan that is based on a template. It is a plan based on the thoughts and discussions of the 18 members of our committee. We asked them to facilitate implementation of the action items since they did such a nice job in the development phase.

Ron assisted the Erie Co. Economic Development Corporation in not only our management transition, but in advancing the goals of the organization. The ECEDC Board unanimously agreed SPS was an excellent move. Ron’s level of dedication and effort went well beyond the contracted terms.
